SA POSTAL SERVICES

We generally use South African Postal Services’ registered international airmail to ship international orders.  Parcels should take between 14-21 days to reach most global destinations but do occasionally take much longer particularly now, due to the impact of COVID-19.

Some countries are currently not accepting post from South Africa.  When this happens we make use of Royal Mail.  The time taken is similar to SA Postal Services.
You are unlikely to be charged customs duties when using these options.

COURIER OPTION

If you simply can’t bear to wait that long we offer a courier option at no extra cost  for orders of a minimum value of USD100.  Due to COVID, the courier service is sometimes slower than usual  and can take up to 10  days to reach some destinations.  It includes comprehensive tracking information so you know exactly where your parcel is throughout its journey.  You can expect to be charged customs duties but these vary from country to country.

CONFIRMATION EMAILS

You will receive a confirmation email immediately following the placement of your order and on the day of posting.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact colleen@africanbaroque.co.za

We aim to ship out your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control.

PAYMENT

For domestic order payments, we accept PayPal or EFT.  For international orders or customers with an international billing address, we only accept PayPal payments.

FOREIGN FEES, TAXES AND DUTIES

Cross-border or international orders may be subjected to duties and/or taxes issued by the importing country and financial institutions. By placing an order with African Baroque, you acknowledge that you understand the possible additional charges.
