SA POSTAL SERVICES
We generally use South African Postal Services’ registered international airmail to ship international orders. Parcels should take between 14-21 days to reach most global destinations but do occasionally take much longer. We are also currently experiencing delays due to the impact of COVID-19.
You will seldom be charged customs duties when using this method.
If you don’t feel you can wait please let us know A courier service generally takes 5 days and includes comprehensive tracking information throughout the courier process. You can expect to pay customs duties and this can add a substantial sum to your total but many prefer this option.
You will receive a confirmation email immediately following the placement of your order and on the day of posting.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact email@example.com
We aim to ship out your order within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Orders may be delayed by factors outside of our control.
For domestic order payments, we accept PayPal or EFT. For international orders or customers with an international billing address, we only accept PayPal payments.
