These are such gorgeous colours and feel almost luminescent.   Totaly irresistible.  They look amazing against black but play nicely with white, all the blues as well as being an exciting contrast against browns and oranges.  In fact, the more I think about it, the more possibilities come into my mind.

I seldom wore bangles until I started making these and now I wear them all the time.  They are super comfortable.  I love that they don’t clatter.  And you can pile on masses and almost forget they are there.  I often wear one on it’s own and its just so lovely to look down and be reminded that there is something gorgeous wrapped around my wrist!

The Shweshwe, a traditional South African textile, is made from strong cotton and is very hardy  They stand up well to rough treatment.  I wear mine regularly and only rarely wash them, even the pale colours.  But if they do start to look a little grubby, I moisten them gently and scrub with a nail brush and laundry soap before leaving them to dry outdoors in the fresh air.

All of my bangles vary slightly in size but are made to fit over an average circumference hand.
